NOTED no KV switches. There are many out there on Amazon or ebay. with remote like mine works freat to switch from cable to DVD to ROKU. et al.

The USB functions of the monitor itself are passthrough, meaning there must be a dedicated USB connection between the USB host system and the monitor to make those ports active (I don't use this function at all). I do, however, use this monitor with multiple computers: It's just that I have a USB-3.1 type-C laptop dock and to switch computers, I unplug one and plug the other in. The ideal setup would require a KVM (though I can't find any on bestbuy dot com).
