No speakers. There is a built in our put jack for headphones on the lower left side. I use my computer speakers and am looking at getting some external studio monitors (but really nice computer speakers would work for gaming). The screen is beautiful, for both work and gaming. Solid build quality - just feels solid as you adjust height (up and down) and tilt (angle screen forward and backward). Also, I was happy it came with a cable for EVERY port - I thought I might get a cable or two, but nope - came with every cable you could need.
