“Do Open-Box purchases get the regular Dell guarantees on the product?”

• I believe that as long as you are still within the factory warranty time frame they will honor it. However, if it has been out of the box and used as a display item it will probably be out of the warranty window. I would call the store to double check before purchase.

• In my experience yes but usually the warranty starts from the date of initial purchase so you lose some warranty time.

• The warranty me be different on an open box and it is recommend to check with the reseller regarding the warranty.
