“Hi, I just bought this Dell. I can't go above 60hz, I am using HDMI. I don't think its my computer, video card, or cable, as my other monitor (27) I plug into goes to 144hz. Thanks, Andy”

This monitor has a native resolution and refresh rate of 2560 x 1440 at 144 Hz via (HDMI1 and HDMI2) and 2560 x 1440 at 165 Hz (DP). We request you to try and update the drivers for the display and in case, that does not work, you can reach out to the Geek squad and they will assist you with this information.

Please try again later.The way it works for me like if I'm on Xbox home screen it stays at 60 then when I open a game it goes as high as it is capable of per game the same thing for my pc but I recommend taking a deeper look into your graphics setting like in game or whatever other software you're try to use
