No. The monitor's USB ports are completely separate, functionally, from the video function. Think of the USB in this monitor as a stand alone USB3 hub that just happens to be under the monitor's skin. You would need some sort of adaptor to get USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort. For your description, though, you are looking for a USB-C dock.
