You can return any monitor in store no questions asked. it stinks that it happened like that. Its a rarity. just order another one and do a store pickup and return the one when you collect the other. I love my display and just ordered my second. Rock solid!

If your computer doesn't recognize the monitor, it, of course, won't work. The cords that come with the monitor can be confusing. You have to select the one that works with your particular computer.
