You cannot add a SIM card to these laptops unless it is built for use with a specific mobile carrier already (ie. AT&T, etc). This one does not even contain a slot to put a SIM card in. Your best bet with this laptop, would be to get a mobile hotspot with your mobile provider in Israel. I have one and it works fine. I just keep it in my pocket. And with that, you can get multiple devices online instead of just this one. Also, make sure you get a 64Gb microSD card, as there is not much storage available after the operating system and factory software was installed. 64Gb is the max Dell states that will work with this. That should be enough for local storage on most slate/tablet PCs. There is always Dropbox, One Drive, and many other online/cloud storage options if you need more.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think there is a WAN option with this model. Check Dell's site to be sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No place for SIM card. Internet is through wifi or usb modem (there is only one usb port so you may want to have an expansion hub). Win8 is pre-installed.
