• I had a Geek Agent come to my office to set up my computer system. The Agent set up my system and connected all of my accessories; printer, etc. He transferred all of my data, tested the data and made sure I was comfortable with the installation and use of the system. I bought this model upon recommendation by my agent based on his knowledge of my business needs. It is the excellent help I get with my support from the Geek Squad. I've used them for 3 years. • It's best to download your files off your old computer to a flash drive, then upload them onto the new computer. It's easy. Windows 10 is very friendly to new users.
