• A:Answer XPS 15 can be configured with a faster i7 processor and has dedicated graphics. The 15 also has an hdmi port and the 13 would need a USB-c to hdmi adapter

• A:Answer It is not. Best Buy does not yet have the new 7th generation model with much improved battery life. Computer has been out for over a month now. Not sure why they do not have it.
