Q: does the XPS also a touch screen?
A: No, the laptop is not a touchscreen.
Q: Does this computer have an HDMI port? If no, is there a way to connect an HDMI TV to the computer?
A: You need a USB-c to hdmi adapter to connect hdmi
Q: HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE DELL XPS 15? IS JUST THE SIZE OR IS OTHER THINGS?
A: XPS 15 can be configured with a faster i7 processor and has dedicated graphics. The 15 also has an hdmi port and the 13 would need a USB-c to hdmi adapter
Q: Does this have a cd/dvd included?
A: This does not have a CD/DVD drive.
A: It is not. Best Buy does not yet have the new 7th generation model with much improved battery life. Computer has been out for over a month now. Not sure why they do not have it.

A: Usually you can get the student discount directly from Dell. I'm not sure if Best Buy offers a continuous student discount. best to ask them.
