“You answer to my question re. Windows 7 was misunderstood, I guess. One of the newDell machines has Windows 10 but a windows 7 type desktop etc. Probably to keep from having to learn all new operations from scratch. Does this machine have it?”

The operating system is similar to that of the Windows 7 and only thing that has changed would be the user interface. However, Windows 10 will have all the tutorials on how to use it.
