Is this the OLED screen? null

Dell's website states that the only 4K screens available for the XPS 15 7590 are the touchscreen LCD and the non-touchscreen OLED. Since this is a 4K display and not a touchscreen, that would indicate this is the OLED display. Also, a Serbian vendor (itsvet.com) shows the exact same model number (XPS7590-9725SLV-PUS) as having the OLED display.
