“Are upgraded models available Dell's website shows multiple models that have better processors, larger SSDs, as well as other things available. I would love to get this from Best Buy, but would like one of the upgraded models. ** The "I have the same question" link would not work so I am making this one to show the additional desire for the upgraded models of this convertible.”

Hello, Thank you for your interest in the XPS 12 Ultrabook! As it turns out, the only Dell systems available here on Best Buy are the ones that are on the site currently for sale. Changes to the configuration are not possible before purchase, since these systems have been pre-assembled when Best Buy ordered them. I do not control what they purchase from Dell to be offered here on Best Buy, so the best bet is to keep checking back here to see if they have something configured the way you want. Hope this helps!
