“Does this have the edge of touch pad scroll up or down feature?? Also does the bottom of the touch pad scroll left and right?? I had an old XPS that I loved these features”

No, but it does have two finger scrolling. You can use two fingers anywhere on the touch pad to scroll up-down or left-right. Actually, much easier/nicer than the older way to me.
