Is the hard drive removable? null

Yes the pcie nvme is user replaceable. In fact I just replaced mine with a Samsung 960 pro 1TB nvme. No issues. The machine will only take a single m.2 drive however. Dell repair manuals are available on their website. Look there before you crack your machine open.
