• A:Answer Empty the bean hopper and run several brew cycles to completely clear the grinder. Then put in beans and run a brew cycle. If this does not fix the problem, call customer service and they will have you do this again, while connected to video chat. Then they will have you send it in for repair or replacement. Mine is going in for the same issue.
