QuestionDespite keeping up with cleaning and emptying the reservoirs before they are full, there is always water and coffee ground spillage when we pull the reservoir out. This is with regular use (not pre-ground). This seems like a flaw, is it?

- Answer I would say it is a flaw! I think the machine is great, but the clean-up...which they tout as next to nothing...is a big falsehood!

QuestionMy machine is 6 months old and the infuser unit is not working properly. I called the 800 number and was told to soak it in soapy water which didn’t work. Called back and they are closed mid day. Not ideal for support on a $600 coffee maker!
