“AirPlay auto-sense & setup for whole-house audio Can the Denon or other mid-range AVR sense AirPlay and automatically switch to the right settings and then return to home theater surround when AirPlay stops? I want it to be as easy as possible for my wife to use without using any of the buttons on the front, remotes, or smartphone apps? My Onkyo TX-DS595 lacks AirPlay and these auto-sense features and is crapping out. Living room has 5.1 surround with PolkAudio & Bose speakers, and 4 sets of in-wall speakers are dispersed elsewhere in our modest 2,400 sq.ft. home through a Niles HDL-6 speaker selection system. It sure would be nice to start music on my Mac, iPhone or iPad from the home office and just have it start playing through the wall speakers without having to first get up to put the AVR in the right mode. My wife currently plays her music through the phone's speakers (yech). Please let me know if this is possible and how it works. Thanks.”
