“Will this work with Apple Homekit and Siri or only Alexa. If not, are there any A/V receivers certified for use with Homekit and Siri? I have the Homepod but want to control my AV receiver through Siri voice commands.”

As of today, this receiver can only be used with Alexa. It's not HomeKit certified and if it were I'd definitely use it with my HomePod. You can however use Airplay to pump out your Apple Music from your iOS device.
