Yes, all of our AVRs support CEC. (Consumer Electronics Control) As long as the TV supports CEC as well (most new TVs do) then the TV can send a CEC command to the AVR so they power on and off together. ARC (Audio Return Channel) is a function of CEC and allows for the TV to feed audio back to the AVR via the already connected HDMI cable. The AVR also supports this and uses the "TV Audio" source to output the ARC audio.
