“I have a secondary display 1080p and other 4K. Will The monitor output 1 and 2 work at either display ? I still have old device with HDM 2.0 (1080i and 1080P). Will it work on this receiver at any HDMI input ?”

A second Television can be connected to the Monitor 2 output. The receiver will not output two different resolutions simultaneously. The video resolution will default to the lowest of the two. For example, connecting a 4K TV and a 1080P TV, the receiver will output 1080p to both. If two 4K televisions are connected, the receiver will output 4K to both.
