• Yes it should pair fine using the ARC-HDMI input to TV with the proper high speed Cable. Didn’t have to do anything on my Sony TV but plug it in, worked automatically without any programming.

• We have the Denon connected to a LG Webos TV. Both come on the same time, and we can control all functions from any remote, magic, apple or spectrum.
