• My apologies, please disregard my previous answer, I was misinformed. The theme code is available through april 22 by purchasing a phsical copy of the game in-store (not online) at bestbuy or gamestop, or online at amazon. You will also receive the code if you purchase the game via digital download through the nintendo eshop by april 22. The code should be located on your receipt.

• The theme code was a preorder bonus, however after release, it can still be obtained exclusively at gamestop by purchasing a physical copy through them by april 22.
