“This is a blanket answer regarding the DLC. BESTBUY did not fumble the DLC, this was BANDAI NAMCO's fault. They are notoriously bad at distribution. IF YOU SEND A RECEIPT TO BANDAI NAMCO, THEY WILL HONOR THE DLC CODE”
