Questionhow does it charge, is there a wall cradle?I cant find information on how it is charged. Do I have to buy a charger separately? is there a cradle to hang it on the wall when I am not using it?

- Answer Hi Kris0617, It is a 6V Nickel Cadmium battery that is powered from a charger that comes with the hand vac. it does not have a wall mount. Hope this helps! -- John, Dirt Devil Customer Care

- Answer You shouldn’t need a new filter. Just clean it. That’s what my instructions say and one of the reasons I purchased it.

QuestionMy unit "died" battery within a few weeks of purchase; I did not keep the purchase receipt so I wasn't able to return it. How do I get a new battery and how does it get installed? I would surely get use out of the vacuum once Hurricane Irma finishes.
