No, If you don't see it displayed, then it does not. Wouldn't that be a sweet deal, though? The controller itself cost more than this entire kit. It wouldn't make sense profit-wise.

No controller. It includes 2 batteries that last longer that the battery that comes with the drone. It also a charger that holds 3 batteries and extra propellers. It's a bit expensive, but definitely worth it in my opinion.
