- Answer With the mini camera/light attachment it can track you with/without the phone. If you pair the phone via Bluetooth, the handle record button works for video or pictures (on my iPhone camera app and presumably the dji app).

QuestionWould this work for recording soccer matches?

- Answer This is a gimbal for your phone. If you are satisfied with phone video of soccer from the sidelines, this makes it smoother panning and tilting. If you are close to the action, the panning might be too slow to keep up with the ball. The dji app may have zoom functions but it’s phone camera zooming from the sidelines…digital camera recording would be better suited to get further into the action. For that a digital camera gimbal would be a significant step up.

- Answer It’s face/person tracking. It may work with a person wearing a full helmet but very unlikely to work with a person in a helmet concealed by a car driving away.

- Answer Recognizably shorter than a standard selfie stick but can work. It does have a great track function and tripod-like legs so you can also set it up to video you or time a picture at a distance…so, hands free selfie?

You can use/activate Osmo mobile 7P without logging into the DJI Mimo app. That is performs a silent activation, the activation information will not include DJI account details. Even if the customer logs into the DJI Mimo app with a DJI account later, the device's activation information will not include the DJI account. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
