    • Answer Sony FX30 is not on the compatibility list of DJI RS 3 Mini. Depending on the lens you are using, the camera might fit on the DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal. Regarding the shutter control function, considering FX30 is released not long ago, the shutter control function MIGHT work just like other Sony Cameras. Check the compatibility list for reference. However, it is strongly suggested to test the function in a local store.

  • QuestionIs the DJI RS3Mini compatible with the Canon EOS R100 Mirrorless? Ive had some stability issues along with error code 1005 while trying to do the initial setup and start up. Any advise for this or my rebel T7 with the rs3 would be appreciated

    • Answer Canon EOS R100 and Canon Rebel T7 is not on the compatibility list of DJI RS 3 Mini. Their size and weights is under the limit, which means that can be used with DJI RS 3 Mini. But the shutter control function might be limited or unavailable. Error code 1005 means Gyroscope Error. Please try the following solutions and see if they help. 1.During the gimbal Auto Check, do not touch the gimbal. 2.Ensure that the table surface or ground surface is stable. 3. If Error Code 1005 occurs, please place the DJI Ronin gimbal on a level desktop or flat ground, perform horizontal calibration and try again. 4. If the error code persists after horizontal calibration, please send the product back to DJI for diagnosis. Contact [email protected] for more help.
