• Did you open it? All of the bonuses are made of paper, so it's probably all thin enough to fit inside the standard PS5 case.

• Are you sure the copy you ordered was new AND sealed? I believe every physical edition of DDLC Plus comes with these bonus items. I would contact BestBuy and ask them.
