• What? I had to re-read that a few times. Why would you get a used item when you pre-order? It just makes no sense so I'm shaking my head ferociously.

• Why would they give you a used one? That's makes no sense. Either you have a new one or they're all sold out

• It should be a brand new one, I recieved one with my preorder and it came sealed in a plastic like a new movie
