Bestbuy should have a 3rd party installer make any necessay modifications needed, in order to get your new appliance installed correctly, and efficiently.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes tha's what I paid for
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy installed a oven-microwave combo for me and they were very professional, quick and friendly. My sales person kept in touch with me through the whole process. I would definitely have them install your new appliance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will take them 4 attempts with 6 different people over 8 months. They will not bring the correct tools or have the people with the correctknowledge so they will have to call the office severaltimes but no one will answer will then have to wait for a call back that willnot come. They will then either leave and tellyou to rescheduleor attemptto do it anyway. When they are finished (if they manage to not damage the new appliance during the installation) they will not be authorized to remove the old appliance and it will several more months and dozens of phone calls and text messages for that. If you are lucky enough to get your own dedicated customer service person assigned because of all of the issues and delays. She will call you every week the check on progress. Unfortunately she will have no recollection of the previous 6 conversations you have had and will "have to check on that and get back to you ". Unfortunately next week she will again have no recollection of that conversation and have to check on that. You should seriously consider buying your oven some place else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
