A:Answer ..i purchased a different brand from Best Buy ..there was a $7.99 charge (plus tax) for them to put it on ..so far, no issues with it ..no appt necessary ..i was told that if it came off during use, there would be no additional charges for future installs on the same phone ..of course u would have to supply another screen protector, subject to whatever the warranty of that product would be
