Hi Jujubee, Thanks for sharing your experience. After using the device for a while, performance issues like lagging may occur if there are too many files or programs taking up storage. We recommend restoring the unit to factory settings and then trying again. For the frequent power cycling, this may be due to an unstable power supply at the battery end. In this case, the battery or the Type-C cable may need to be replaced.
