“Does the Insignia TV remote operate this DVD player too? My mom has a 32" Insignia TV recently purchased (2015), and i'm looking for an easy way for her to add DVD capability. does the Insignia remote from the TV operate this DVD player too? I see her remote does have transport (play, FF, rewind, etc) on it. With other brands like Sony, the remotes will operate other devices from the same brand. So I'm asking if anyone has tried to operate this Insignia DVD player using a remote from an Insignia TV”

• YES. THe Tv remote will work, You have to enter the DVD product code in setup. Or you can call tech support at 1-877-467-3289. As they only have one DVD model carrying this brand, it should be easy to get tech support to help you.
