• No, you will need a hdmi cable to connect to the tv, I don't think it comes with that particular cable. I have my hooked up to a 32" RCA tv with an hdmi cable, and it works perfect.

• This DVD player needs to be connected to 110V outlet or a power converter. If your TV was purchased outside of the United States, then it is not going to be compatible.
