I had same issue and finally i gave up....two remotes it is

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with Comcast when I lived in New Hampshire. I just used the DVD remote and moved on. Have you tried the website for the manufacturer of the remote? Good Luck.
