“Can you please tell me if there is a bulb that will ultimately need to be replaced or does the whole unit need to be replaced when the bulb burns out? Also, if the bulb can be replaced, do you sell the bulb replacement? Thank you for your help!”

Yes, the bulb has to be replaced I think about quarterly. I bought a pack of bulbs and have just kept them on hand.
