• I would have preferred longer than 12 foot but this was the longest Best Buy had...

• 15' is the max length for the USB spec.. You can get a 15". I do not recommend using an extender if you need more length your alternative is a powered USB hub.

• Yes you can get longer lengths. You can also use an adapter to make two products fit and get length.

• We do not currently have plans for a 15' cable. There are other USB cables available that are that long.
