A:Answer I have no idea how this works because I have not been able to attach it to my Smart Vizio TV. It was mounted against the wall so that I cannot access the input panels. Someday I will have to re-mount the tv and try the cable. The Best Buy associate advised me that the larger cable was better across the longer footage. I'm sorry I bought a VIzio TV. It is not user friendly. I bought the cable so that I can access my FIOS subscription through a box that is 30 feet away from where I installed the TV. My house was built in 1993. It did not include a FIOS type installation port in the living room, so I'm trying to work around it. Vizio and other Google products want me to buy their apps but why should I pay for a YouTube, Hulu or other subscription when I already have a FIOS package? I'm very frustrated with new technology.
