“Not Recognized The enclosure is not recognized in my computer or 2 other PCs I've tested. It says "USB Mass Storage Device has a driver problem." Is there a driver I can download?”

I didn't have that problem with new pc reconizing the enclosure,but I had issues with other devices [camera] etc. I went to olymbus for camera driver..it works now.also had trouble with new printer,went to hp to install.windows 8 & 8.1 seems to download & install better from online source...also you might want to check Microsoft help source or dynex...hope this helps..
