“how to open How do I get a start up guide? I either didn't get one or have lost it. I can open it from "my computer", but when I try to open the Microsoft Word file I get a dialog box: "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." I was able to get a Word document off of it about 2 wks ago, but I must not remember how I did it. Thanks, Paul”

Go to http://www.dynexproducts.com/support.html, enter the model number of your unit, and you should be able to download a PDF version of whatever documentation normally comes with your unit. Or, if you're win the US, call them at 800-305-2204. In Canada, call 800-305-2204.
