Make sure you are using name brand cords and not cheap ones, we have 2 iphones use insignia cords 24.99 and no issues
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using the 2 usb ports for my iPhone and my kindle fire and I have not noticed any issues while charging at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed this as well. I was only able to charge one device capable of fast charging at a time. Otherwise, I saw the same problems that you mentioned- it would disconnect and reconnect if you plugged in two devices. I think it works normally (or as expected) if you plug in two non-fast charge capable devices simultaneously.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use both ports at the same time. One to charge my iPhone 6 and the other to charge my Mophie case for previously aforementioned iPhone 6. I've also charge my phone while also charging my Samsung Galaxy tab pro 8.4. Maybe one of the ports on yours isn't wired correctly? I don't know, I'm not an electrician.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That would make sense, but maybe you have a faulty strip? I had my note 5 and my wife has a s6, both on fast charging mode, and they charged fine without dropping in and out, I would exchange it to be sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
