• The sleeves come with it. They are actually fixed to the binder so they cannot be added or removed.

• In the 16-Disc Binder, the sleeves are sewn into the binding (like a book). Basically, eight 2-sided sleeves. You can place 1 CD/DVD in each side of a sleeve. The 32-Disc Binder has the same configuration. I assume the 400-Disc Binder has a similar configuration.

• The sleeves come bound into the binder, and you can't add more.

• They have the disk slots inside, but no spot to put the paper from the case if you want to save those.
