“how does this binder look in the inside? is it plastic or metal rings to hold the cds in the pages? also does anyone know where I can find a 400 cd or so binder for cds in D-RING?”

Opens up like a book - no rings so you can't rearrange easily - would try to find one with a ring binder type format if I had it to do over again. As long as that isn't important to you it'll do just fine -

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's plastic but if you use it just like to save the cds, games, dvd, etc... it's worth it. I bought it a few weeks ago and I like it. Obviously metal would be better but that would be more expensive and honestly I've never seen a metal one in stores.
