• Certified. Manufactured by Dynex. Compare prices of Dynex to Apple and you'll see the difference. My iPhone 6 works great with this.

• I'm not sure if it's "certified" but I know that Dynex is Best Buy's private label brand. It works fine with my iOS devices (iPhone6, iPad Air). That's all I care about. Oh, and it's relatively inexpensive.
