A:Answer I have Two (actually 3) of them and when it's all Folded as much as it will, it's NOT any wider than either my Galaxy S7 Edge or S9+. The only part of the Grip Tight that's outside of either Phone is the Two Grips (one on each side of the Phone to clamp down on the sides to hold it). Also, I remove the Photo Button and Mounting Clip on the Grip when I use the Grip for Shooting handheld Photos and Videos because it makes it REALLY NICE when you want to set it on the table for connecting to your Computer for Transfering Photos and Videos for Editing.
