Asked by Mary.
- A:Answer The Older Model TV like what have is a 32 inch RCA does not have the New VESA on the Back. So what I did was Cut a Mount in Half and Made Sure The Screws were In the Top and Bottom of the Stud in the wall and Mounted it. If this can't help U. Go to the Sony Website and Buy a Mount from them but it might cost more

Q: QuestionIs this compatible with a Samsung UN65NU8000FXZA?
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer Chris, The back plate on this mount is roughly 24” wide and the mount is rated up to 200 lbs, so it should work fine. But there are some things you should know in advance. The TV will be mounted very close to the wall so if the cords on your TV exit straight out the back of the TV, they will get smashed between the wall and The TV unless you use right angle connectors or extend the wall bracket further away from the wall using a 1x4 or 2x4. The bracket does come with some spacers and you should plan on using them, but even with the spacers, the TV still sits close to the wall. But that’s one of the reasons why I use this bracket for my TV’s. I want the TV close to the wall. The text below is from another Q&A regarding the screws and your TV and has some useful information. “You technically need the same size screws but you want to use the spacers provided by Samsung on the top and bottom screw holes. The bottom spacers will be flush while the top spacers will stick out a ways. You want to use size M8 / 45 mm screws on both holes. The metal mount should not touch the back of the TV but touch the spacers. This is proper and correct for the nu8000 (65inch and probably the others). This is the CORRECT way and length. Don’t use other screw sizes without spacers.”

Q: QuestionHow easy is it to remove/fix pen drives/ hdmi cables once mounted? Is it compatible with a Samsung 48" TV?
Asked by Anthony.
- A:Answer The TV, when mounted with this bracket hangs very close to the wall and if the HDMI ports on your TV exit the ‘back’ of the TV, you should get HDMI cables with a right angle connector on one end. If the HDMI ports on your TV exit the bottom or side of your TV, a standard HDMI cable should be fine. As far as installing HDMI cables, plug them in before you hang the TV on the bracket, as for adding additional cables after the TV is mounted, you may have to remove the TV depending on where the HDMI ports are located. To provide a little more room between the TV and the wall, you could use the spacers and washers that ship with the bracket. As far as compability with Samsung TV’s, shouldn’t be any issues. Just make sure you mount the TV bracket onto wall studs for a solid installation.

Q: QuestionIs this compatible with the Samsung 65inch 7100 with a vesa 400x400 pattern ?
Asked by TomTom.
- A:Answer Not sure , but I can tell you I am using this with my new 65” LG. It is fine EXCEPT , it does not allow any space between the tv and wall. We had to take it off the wall so cable guy could get back there. Next time I would buy a swivel mount so the tv could be pulled away from the wall
