“Does the screen protector fit into a "frame" and the frame fit onto the phone? I looked through the description and specs, but it didn't clarify. I have not seen any pictures of glass screen protectors for my note5 that has looked like this one. Thanks!”

Yes you put the guide on the phone and then the screen protector aligns perfectly inside the guide. The system works great!
