• Yes! The phone holder folds down over the stick. I would say it ends up being about 7" or so. Easily fits into my partner's purse. See the photo where you can compare it to the size of a normal open.

• nooo it does not but it is detachable from the stick, if that help, you dont loose any strews eaither
