A:Answer Make sure that you are getting the optical cable securely connected to the soundbar and source. Press the source button on the soundbar to cycle through the 3 different source options until you hear sound. If you continue to not get sound, try a different or known working optical cable. If you continue to have issues, please take the soundbar and receipt into Best Buy, to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation.
